Should I even bother?

I bought Christmas Cards, but haven't sent them out yet. Wondering if I should even bother at this point. I guess I could do them on the bus ride tomorrow, but then they won't make it where they are going by Christmas.

A White Christmas indeed!

So, the plan is to go to D.C. and have dinner at a friend of a friend's house. Not really feeling that plan, but don't want to back out at the last minute. Maybe I will just pack a picnic and go sit out under a shady tree in the park with a book or pen and paper and write. I dragged myself out last night when an acquaintance (I still don't feel she is a friend yet and I will explain why)  mentioned she wanted to go out to a new place that opened in the neighborhood. This was maybe 10-ish at night. It was raining off and on all night, but I said what the hey and headed out once the rain had dissipated. I caught the bus because I didn't want to deal with parking. I had a feeling I might wind up cabbing it on the way back so I stopped at the bank to get cash since it was on the way. Eve...
